About Us
AB Performance specialises in high performance speed coaching, offering individual, group, team, holiday camps and specialised development and performance training sessions throughout the year.
With firsthand experience as an athlete and coach, AB Performance has worked alongside with surf life saving clubs, high school track programs, elite team environments including AFL, NPL (Football) , NBL1, Hockey and Rugby (Union & League).
AB Performance supports athletes from their very first step to junior development through to state and national level, delivering tailored programs that build strong athletic foundations and support long term performance progression.
